5. Proper diet
There is an old saying ‘What you eat is seen on your face’ and this perfectly implies here. A proper healthy diet is very important for good younger skin. Natural face packs made at home are best suited to keep skin young and avoid early aging.
- Papaya is the best fruit for skin and an easy way to make papaya face pack is to peel off the pulp of papaya and simply apply it on the skin for 20 minutes. Wash off with normal cold water and see the results. Repeat it every week and soon you will see that wrinkles have disappeared.
- Aloe VeFruit face packs are another amazing face ingredient that keeps wrinkles and dark spots at bay. Pure aloe vera gel is available in the market which can be applied before sleep or going out.
Egg mask is also used as raw on the skin. Biotin content of egg acts as an anti-aging chemical.
Gram flour mixed with a pinch of turmeric, lemon juice and milk in it makes another face pack. Apply this face pack and let it dry for 20 minutes and then wash off. This makes skin fairer and dark spots, dullness, and wrinkles will have vanished.
Multan mitti or natural clay face pack mixed with rose water also reduces inflammation, prevents wrinkles and gives a soft younger look.
